I don't think you can, just provide a link using the by putting (url) (/url) around the link, but using square brackets instead of round ones

do you physically have to write the url down or can you right click somewhere for a quicker way.

usually i can work it out by playing around but im struggling,probablly my age

Just copy and paste the address from your browser.

It's copied yo your clipboard. Just right click and paste into a post, or press ctrl-v

It doesn't matter where it is if you're just copying and pasting a url.
