Well done
Leicester's youngsters lifted the Umbro Galway Cup on Saturday after overcoming Ireland 2-0.
After progressing comfortably through the group stages and defeating Ipswich Town 3-1 in the semi-finals, the Foxes started brightly with midfielder Liam Moore imposing his physical presence on the game from the off with some sterling challenges and eye-catching free kicks.
However, Moore's team-mate Theo Brown changed the game on 15 minutes when he made a classic winger's run down the left hand side and crossed for Ellis Turbett who volleyed home into the top corner.
City then doubled their advantage five minutes later when Jacob Joyce took advantage of confusion in the Irish box and nodded home his side's second of the contest.
Ireland went searching for goals in the second half but ultimately lacked bite in the final third of the pitch where it really mattered and it was the traveling Foxes who returned home jubilant.
