If you think the guy is a prat/twat/attention seeking bellend then really simple, don't follow them anymore as I'm sure they will not notice or even better still, don't even go near Twitter as that seems to be the general idea of being on there.
On the other hand though, if you can form your own opinion on something someone has told you or you have read somewhere and do not take it as gospel truth or get wound up that you didn't know it already, then carry on using Twitter as it can be a great source of information.
It really is that simple.
EDIT: Tiger bread.
I think I've got it now.
I don't follow any of them, except for Fourth Official who is less annoying than the rest. I am perfectly capable of forming my own opinion; in my opinion FoxToffee and Bert and a couple of others who pop up from time to time are childish, pissing contest enjoying cocks. Hence the reason I don't follow them. They were the topic of conversation here so I thought it OK if I voiced my own, independently formed opinion.
I'm not sure where I've taken it as gospel truth or gotten wound up by the fact that I didn't already know it? I know **** all about what is happening inside the club, I have never purported otherwise. What I find childish and annoying is the whole "I know something but can't possibly reveal it, but keep asking me so that I can stroke my ego" attitude along with the "I broke it first not #####" and the inevitable retort of "Nuhuh, I broke it 23nanoseconds sooner but my slower internets meant that it didn't reach you in time" bollocks. Who honestly gives a **** who mentioned a rumour first.
Actually, I'll also add, these people play a large part in the downright idiocy we see in every transfer window on here and other forums. The long list of people that "have been seen at the Holiday Inn" just increase expectancy and then lead certain posters to start threads banging on about how we've only signed X players and it's almost the end of July.
Twitter is full of narcissistic individuals by design, you have to be a bit attention seeking to believe that other people care what you write. However, it can be used as a great tool for communication and promotion as well.
It's really important to me what you think about me and my opinion, so if you could reply and let me know if this is simple enough for you then that would be lovely.
