as there is 6 people so far i will enter you in the comp thx lads hope you all enjoy the day ,if you would all like to get there before the 3pm kick off there is loads of free stuff you can do for you and your kids (if you have any )
things going on are

sport
climing wall,football coaching & tournament ,cross country,min triathlon,multi sports,trampoline,tag rugdy ,tennis (indoor and outdoor),badminton,lifesaving,sub aqua,canoeing.

fitness classes
tae boe,spinning,circuits,step aerobics,reebok deck,yoga,pilates,fitness suite,aquafit,aqu circuit traing .

dance,drama,music
collage drma group,drama workshop,dance display,band

most of the above is free to do for kids and adults but some thing mite have a small charge

the 5-a-side games start at 12pm for the kids and 3pm for the adults everyone is welcome to come along even if your not playing

lads if you can get there 1/2 hour before 3pm ill work you through a warmed up before the matches ,ive got 3 kids teams and 2 adult teams and would like to thank you all for taking part it should be a good fun day out ,if anyone is coming to have a look around please be at the pitches for 2:30pm have a great day
