Best result for us today, Derby v QPR

On the face of it, a dour 0-0 with bookings & injuries a plenty!

Looking at the table more carefully though, would suggest a Derby low scoring win will keep a nice points buffer between us and the chasing pack

It's start of a number of fixtures which make the promotion hunt a lot clearer by the time we play Forest.

Burnley play Bolton away tomorrow, then on Saturday they follow that up with a trip to Bournemouth. I can see maximum points for the Clarets.

QPR have Reading next week , that's a tough one for them. Derby have played 6, lost 6 against the current top six and I can see that continuing unless they have a blinder.

All 11 QPR players sent off in the 36 minute due to a 22 footed tackle on Will Hughes. Hughes escapes with a small bruise due to the fact that he is so thin and little contact was made. The game ends 0-0.
