Fuchs upsets a baggie; baggie upsets a linesman and gets himself in the book. Ha!

And a pull back on Mahrez brings Yacob his 10th yellow and a suspension.

Ref left his cards at home tonight - and luckily nobody on either side got stuck in enough to make him regret his mistake.

Wanayama adds a yellow to his 5Y, 3R season record. Then DannyD upsets the ref. Lots of complaints from Tadic when the ref books him for an obvious foul on Mahrez. And a bit of Fuching timewasting late on:

Fuchs makes it 3 bookings in 5 games/ 4 in 8. Clearly what they say about him is true.

Borini got one too - but not for the incident where he kicked the ball into his own face.

Boc, any chance we could see where we are in relation to the Fair Play table as part of the update?

Sorry to be a knob.

Is Fuchs one yellow card away from a suspension?

Is Fuchs one yellow card away from a suspension?

The five yellows/one match ban period ended at the end of 2015. Only Jeff Schlupp was affected by this so he is the only one who was 'eligible' for a ten yellows/two match ban but even this expired last Sunday.

Fuchs will be 'warned as to future conduct' as a result of his five cards, Huth, Albrighton and Vardy already presumably having already been subject to this terrible punishment. With five games still to go it is yet possible that any of these, and indeed Schlupp, could be 'severely censured' as well as receiving a further 'warning as to future conduct' for reaching ten bookings.

I love an organisation that isn't afraid to show its teeth.

It wouldn't be practical to include it every game because the table is only updated once the referee's report has been received and processed and, as you probably know, I often update this thread while the match is in progress and as cards are received.

At the moment we are 18th in the Premier League Fair Play table - 1st is 'dirtiest, 20th is 'cleanest' - on 194 points. Only Everton and Arsenal are below ('better') than us whilst Villa are quite a way in front at the top of the table. (Although it is irrelevant to us this season, I would point out that this is not the same table that EUFA use in choosing the last three teams for the Europa League thingee. That includes such things as the amount of respect that a team's fans have for opposing fans)

So for the next 5 games Huth can get 1 yellow a game for elbows in the face, as long as he does not get red-carded, which presumably still carries the 1 - 3 game suspension?

I missed the Vardy booking - looking out of the window because I thought I'd just heard a car-crash.

Winston Reid - that could easily have been a red! (Opinion of the Sky commentator; not necessarily mine)

And now Noble - nothing malicious about it (Opinion of the Sky commentator and definitely not mine)

Payet follows them into the book - and my opinion is that he was unlucky

I don't think you can argue about Vardy's sending off. He was looking for a penalty... but a bit too hard.

Morgan - a daft foul in Payet shooting range

Jamie Vardy - 1 RED
West Ham (h) - second booking - unsporting behaviour (simulation)
Vardy will serve a one-match suspension as a result of his sending off and will miss the home game against Swansea
