Just changed a few things to start showing ads to non logged in users. I added some code to centre the ad, but not the rest of the forum. Didn't realise it was a problem because everything looks OK in Firefox.
I'll have a look and see if I can work out what's going wrong.

Just testing at the moment, might add a few more on rotation, but the Google one should show quite a few different ads, and they should become more relevant to the content of the site once they've been on here for a while.

There are no problems with the site at the moment. Any delays you're experiencing are more likely to be routeing issues between your ISP and Dallas, where the site is hosted.

You shouldn't see the ads if you stay logged in. If you see an ad and it's something that you would click on normally, go ahead and click on it.

Don't click on it just to earn me some money though, because that would be fraud and I always report sites that tell their users to do that.
I also buy advertising, and click fraud is a serious problem for ad buyers.

If you use the Google search box anything you put in there is sent directly to Google, I don't know what you're searching for.
