it was the board that wanted the wage bill down due to losing parachute payments so CL only did what the board asked him to do

Ive always said this and so have a few others on here that CL would have made a very good director of football ,the main problem with CL was the fact he couldnt get the team to play as team could not motivate them at all on or off the pitch

Agreed I always felt that Levein would have made an excellent Director of Football.

I also share Highland's reservations as to whether RK possesses the motivational skills needed to maximise the performance levels this side is capable of producing week in week out.

What RK lacks MS more than makes up for it ,ive seen both of them working the lads on the training ground and its like bad cop good cop you see on the TV i tell you :icon_lol: :icon_wink
