Fulham have spent loads of time in the third tier.
Wigan have spent more time in the third tier than they have at any other level.
I think Loughborough went out of the league before the third division was created.
Just looked it up. Loughborough left the league in 1900 (and subsequently folded), which is 20 years before the third division was created.
