Not to mention my wallet....

Bizarrely, as we progressed up the stadium (2 rows from the top) we stopped for a drink and to catch our breath and got chatting to someone who turned out to be a cardiff fan living in London who has adopted Fulham as his "second" (local) club. Wonder what the odds were on that?

Quite night though, even if Mrs G wouldn't let me go and console Lily Allen at the end. :icon_cry:

But it was a great occasion / experience, including the 24 hours up to the match. The 2 lots of supporters were getting along fine all over the city, with lots of the locals (St Pauli fans) out cheering on Fulham for having put Hamburger out. There were also several hundred scousers there who had made their travel arrangements before the semi-final was over
