Everything is a bit expensive, but alcohol is astronomical. But it's a fantastic place to visit. Try the rancid puffin meat.

Iceland is the best place I have ever been to but if you are planning it as a piss up dont bother you will need a mortgage to get drunk and food is pretty pricey to.

I've always found their prices to be reasonable. I prefer Morrisons though.
