But didn't Arsenal lend Birmingham some decent players from their youth set up last year, which were credited as playing a part in their promotion? And don't Man Utd like to send young players to lower league teams, or do they just get sent to their feeder club in Belgium now?

Arsenal even recommended 3 players this summer to Brum to buy!! Get a gentlemen's agreement with Chelsea or the like.

It would be funny if it wasn't the 5th time in 2 years.

Luckily I stopped believing any of this info once the Mike Newell thing was proved wrong in Jan 06.

If it weren't for my love of pre-match Cheese&Onion cobs and beer, the prospect of Reid would otherwise send my ST to my bin.

If it's not Keegan then I am past caring who the hell comes - I know it'll be someone that couldn't get a job anywhere else, with a tenuous track record of success and promising less excitement than a Pot Noodle.

I think the ante may have to rise from four pints for future games. I'm thinking being exceptionally pissed is the way forward.
