Here's a helpful tip, if you are playing a game on your computer when you aren't supposed to, hover over "Alt" with your left thumb and "Tab" with your left ring finger. Then, if someone tries to see what you are doing just drop the thumb, then, whilst "Alt" is depressed, drop the finger and hey presto - you are back to your e-mail screen (or whatever you were supposed to be doing.
