Is this the gig that starts at 11 oclock after the awards at the o2? Is it the 28th jan?

Amost. It is after the NME Awards but it's Feb 28th and starts at 7.30

The Manics are rumoured to have several special guests playing on stage with them for the odd song, including, The Enemy, Tom from Kasabian and Kylie singing Your Love Alone...

It depends how you like your guitar sound.I fail to see how you can say someone is the best guitar player in the World in much the same way you can't say someone is the best Vocalist.I like my guitar drenched in reverb and effects so I'm hardly likely to like Eric Clapton etc

NME Big Gig APPROXIMATE stage times:

The Cribs: 7-7.20pm

Klaxons: 7.30-8pm

Bloc Party: 8.10-8.50

Kaiser Chiefs: 9-9.45pm

Manics: 10-11pm.
