All the text has suddenly gone massive on my internet.
I know there is a button or combination of buttons I need to press to scale it down again but can't remember what it is.

Any suggestions?

Menu Bar>View>Text size = Select choice

You probably did it accidentally, if you press ctrl and scroll with your mouse wheel it will zoom it in and out. Easy done
