You must have been. The only ground I have visited where I was delighted when we lost.
A very, very hostile ground and set of fans.

You're quite right I remember that 5th Round FACup game at the Old Den only too well.
I lived down South back in the 80's and came up to London on the train straight from work.
We played crap, Lineker wasn't much use and after they won their fans tried to climb the fencing (pre Hillsborough of course all grounds were like that) to get at us throwing a variety of stuff over the fencing.
The next round was the infamous Quarter Final at Luton when Millwall wrecked the joint and were banned.

Came down on the train to cold blow lane. Walked along the high rise flats with police vans straddling the centre of the road.
Escorted by mounted police to the den who attacked anyone who sang. Then we arrived at the turning point on Ilderton Road adjacent to the ground.
Were told by the police to run under the bridge to the away end as the home fans pelted us from on the bridge.
Was then forced to slide down a grass verge to the only one of two working turnstiles.
This was all before we got to the ground...

Can't exactly recall, FA Cup replay and I was about 17, so probably around 1986?
We've never played them in an FA cup replay.
We did play them in the FA cup on a Tuesday night in 1985.
