If you're the sort to back a horse if it keeps coming in to a shorter price as the race start approaches then LCFC looked a tremendous bet 3 weeks ago. I had a fun little punt on us at 1500/1 to win the league before the Watford game, now in to anything from 66/1

It's a mistake that some fans will easily make to think that there are pushovers. I very much doubt if the manager or players will make that misjudgement.

I think seven points from these games would be a reasonable return. We'd then have 35 points at the half way point in the season.
Manchester United finished fourth last season with 70 points.

The Prem is a puzzling league really. It's the toughest league because anyone is good enough to beat anyone else but most of the teams are officially shit and Leicester beating them is no big deal.

Why do the pundits think that because we might lose 2 or 3 of the next 6, that we will then go on to lose about half of the following 19 games?

Were we boverred when we lost to Arsenal? Did we collapse/implode? No we went and won 5 of the next 6 matches.

If we do lose 2 or 3 of the next 6, we will have a first half of the season that reads something like Won 10 Drawn 5 Lost 4, Points = 35.

No reason, with confidence sky high and climbing all the time, that the second half of the season is not repeated, so we finish on around 70 points or better, and Vardy wins the Golden Boot for 30+ goals!
