How the **** is that a direct extension of my post?!

Personally, I find the way that those in the private sector are bitching like ****s about teachers, and the rest of the public sector, as abysmally pathetic as those PS class warriors coming out with their tripe.

You can find ineptitude wherever you look but the changes to the conditions of employment over ghe last 15 years has led to many leaving education through illness or early retirement - while the most intelligent I know retrained as lawyers (and it rankles I didn't do the same when I had the opportunity).

It beggars belief that so many people have swallowed Cameron's cock & bullshit. It's not Us vs. Them - it's all of us being ****ed for the mistakes and bonuses of others.

As has been said many times, if anyone thinks teaching in an average secondary school is easy these days then go for it. If anyone fancies a go at Primary then PM me, I'll sort out a day's teaching for them. For me, working in the chemical industry was a walk in the ****ing park in comparison.
