It would appear that Wednesday nights at Goals is some sort of Champions Leagues night. Normal leagues appear to be Mon, Tues, Thurs.

Any preference before I call the tomorrow?

We'll wait and see what Goals tells me tomorrow. I'm only going on what info I can find on their website, and it aint 100% clear.

Big Update

I've just called goals:

There are only two places left across the days and leagues.

We can choose from:

Monday league - Division 4
Tuesday League - Division 2

If we want Monday, and we can register by 12.00 tomorrow, we will have a game tomorrow night with a 9.30 KO. There are six weeks left of that season.

IMO to go straight into Div 2 on a Tuesday would be suicidal.

Please respond ASAP so I know what to do. I am in the London area all day tomorrow so it needs to be sorted today if poss. If not, I'll pm everybody involved my mobile number and you can reach me in the morning.

Basically, yes. But as there is no break between seasons, there really is no alternative.

It's unlikey. Weds isn't a "normal" night. It's "Champions League" night. The girl I spoke to said Wednesdays isn't a popular night so they re-jigged the format to create additional interest.

I've just looked on the website of the Freemans Common place and they don't do Wednesday nights either, it's cricket on Wednesdays. So that rules me out...

I'll give all the guys who got in first, and don't play in TBFC the chance to claim their spots, and then we'll see what happens from then on. But TBH, I think we'll be swapping and changing fairly regulary.
