It's a shame that a thread regarding a former player and ambassador of the club has been used as a conduit for antagonistic postings which only serves to show lack of respect to the club .

Yes actually I have which is why I find the Diana clappers a bunch of hypocrites.

Interesting extrapolation. And probably not the place for the question but since you asked I don't think mass shows of emotion are a "cause". It's true, however that I don't really care about causes that don't matter to me but I certainly don't believe that those causes don't matter, others can give to whomever they want, as you infer I don't care. This is all a long way from my first post which actually wished a guy I've met and don't like, well. I did say I hope he gets better but people are allowed to take things wherever on a discussion site. I'll leave this here but feel free to bring up related subjects in Gen chat Where I'll happily respond.
 
For Pete Shilton's sake. Can we stop with this nonsense and get back to how the Birch is, and what flavour Monster Munch we should be sending to his bedside?

How startling to find that the phrases "coffin dodgers" and "useless old fool" were placed directly under a quote from me. :)

The key moment BN is when you have to use a walking stick. Young men suddenly become polite - you are the generation before the one they are rebelling against. Better still young ladies suddenly become very helpful They have never heard of Lady Bracknell and her comment that "Age is no guarantee of respectability"

Yet you speak more about me than you do about football. You've even revived a dead thread to do so. I'm sure you'll have posted about me elsewhere too. you need to control your compulsions on your return and actually speak about football.
