why has Milton Keynes got so many bloody roundabouts??

as with most cities based upon a grid system, the intersections (at busy times) can become clogged (hence the term gridlocked) when using traffic lights. to create a smoother traffic flow MK introduced roundabouts as a method of controlling this and now has one of the most envied road communication flows in the world.

it fecks your front passenger side tyres though....
