Not sure whether to do vcash prizes for this.

Generally I don't like to give vcash for things that are just based on chance, with no skill involved, or things where we can only have a limited number of entries.

But NF/Boc buggered up the 'chance' rule when they did their coin tossing, so maybe we can have vcash - but only if everyone who wants a horse gets one.
