Aye, in my experince I couldn't agree more.

I'm with you on all of those. I'd much rather walk up loads of flights of stairs than go in a lift.

I also hate crowds eg Christmas shopping, and standing on the terraces at football matches, in the days when we were still allowed to do it.

I also have this recurring nightmare where I have an accident and end up unable to move or communicate in any way.
