if i did the best of each decade? from the 60s to the 90s i would get everyone to name there five best bands from that era, then for each era the top five would go into a poll which we could vote on? if you are interested then say so in this thread, though if theres a lack of interest i wont bother :icon_wink

I attempted it DD, last Summer but because it takes weeks and TB over the Summer is quiet. It was hard to realise who was TB's real favourite bands.

Yes I found that a difficultly, take for example Pink Floyd three decades.

Yes, it's the best album since the Black Album, but in my top 5 of this decade not sure. Off the top of my head:

Manics
Motley Crue
Razorlight
Foo Fighters
Green Day

But only off the top of my head, given some thought this might change

if people are going to find it hard to name 5 bands from each decade then maybe we should say 3? its the boards poll so the board can decide
