Not really a step down, but it's surely a step sideways. Teams promoted to the prem have done reasonably well in the last few years and those relegated from the champ have often struggled. People always talk about the gulf between the prem and the champ but is there really a massive difference...

I'm not sure the problem is quality, more the type of players playing with him, I think playing alongside an out and out defensive midfielder (something we don't have at the club) could give him alot more freedom and really benefit him, a diamond formation with Gallagher King or Oakley -...
