They are used in that sense as proper nouns and as such the convention is, when they are written, to start them with a capital letter. :icon_wink

Standards of grammar are clearly higher in Nottingham because I thought the letter was fine and the criticism of Ollie's secretary rather harsh. I do think it is genuine and cannot think why anyone would think it a lack of judgement by Ollie.
