A few weeks ago I was sent a "CashBuilderCard". I was just wondering, what exactly is the purpose of one of these? How does it differ from something like, say, an "e-Savings" account?

When I'm faced with problems like this, I sit down and think about what Joe_ would do under similar circumstances. Then I do the opposite.
