Ultimately, it's massively incompetent, if it doesn't go through. By all accounts we said we wouldn't sell DD until we had a replacement sorted and, yet, the sale of DD happened and the purchase of Silva, apparently, didn't. We shouldn't have been in a position where one could happen without the other.
