Welcome BP. :058:

Bet he's loving it here.

Basically, unless Hobbs or Brown get injured, I don't understand how he's ever going to play between now and the end of the season.

I can't comment on Bruce's ability - but in the general you can't have too many centre backs. It's a position particularly prone to suspensions let alone injuries.

But that's the whole point

He was brought in precisely so that we have back up if we lose Hobbs, Brown or Morrison for any reason - so of course he's not going to play if they remain fit, in form and not suspended

What's the problem with that :102:

There isn't a problem for us, but for him it's basically pointless from the point of view of his football career. He's stuck behind the duo of Hobbs and Brown here, from being stuck behind the duo of McAuley and Delaney at Ipswich.

He's stand in for Hobbs, Brown AND Morrison

Can't believe we'll get through the next few weeks without the need to fill in for one of them at some point - be incredible luck if we do

It may be preferable warming the bench of a team that isn't managed by Roy Keane?

Pearson brings players in to work with them in training as well as for their contribution on field. Wouldn't suprise me if we signed him without him starting a game. We saw very little of Brown or adjeravic before they signed.
