I’m sure I’m missing something…
Can’t afford to sign players because of wages and FFP as we have too much deadwood and the squad is bloated. So we sign a player who will never play a first team game. I can only presume that Stowell misses Jakupovic’s help during goalkeeper drills and needed someone to act as ball boy. We have youth prospects who can be 3rd choice goalkeeper.
