Thats what they said about Keegan and then Tigana going to Fulham, plus the calibre of players that went there as well, and being in the lower divisions. If I remember rightly, Fulhame were in a lower division when they kick started their run to the premiership.

Is he a better player?
If he is, and he's turned down bids from clubs higher than us in favour for a bit more money from a lower league club, then I would question his attitude and motivation.
If he hasn't received bids from clubs higher than us, then I suspect he's at the right level, and maybe not yet worthy of the "better player" label.

A bulgarian on FT says "it's official, I saw him on TV, he's back in Bulgaria at the moment, he confirmed that he has signed with Leicester and said that playing in England is always great, regardless of the League he's playing in. So congratulations and good luck to our boy!"

He clearly wants to play in England and getting spotted by a Premiership team is obviously easier in League One than in Bulgaria (unless you have a dodgy serb running the business 
). That said I know nothing about this player more than I wrote before (he said no to Olympiakos, whatever that means. Laczko was/is an Olympiakos player IIRC).
