As the training ground is where it all starts, then getting it right is essential. If, by making what may appear to be eccentric changes, he can realign the attitudes of the players and get them focussed on Leicester City from the word go then I say go for it.
For too long now we have complained about wishy washy managers failing to get to grips with the players' attitudes and lack of club spirit. By getting everything and everyone (from the bottom up) focussed on being a part of Leicester City, then that can only be good for the club and for the performances on the pitch.
The right mental attitude is often as much a part of success as the necessary skills an I, for one, think that this has been an area that has been overlooked for too long.
Given the amount of new players (hopefully) coming into the club, it's a golden opportunity to rebuild the Leicester City ethos and spirit, so let's not start to castigate his methods before we see whether they work.
