Aboslutley on the money for me. It seems you are suddenly a 'bad fan' cos you dont drop to your knees and praise everything. Its this 'praise before its due' mentality that heaps extra pressure on our managers IMO.

Which comes from the 'welcome the new manager as if he is a god' mentality IMO. As soon as they realise he isnt, they want shot.

If they asked him to earn their praise they would get more support IMO.
