If Jones does go it strikes me as a very similar situation to when Irvine left Preston. He'd overachieved with them for so many years and couldn't take them any further so the fans got tired thinking they could do better.

Wouldn't surprise me if Cardiff went the same way as PNE.

Not that I disagree, but Cardiff have a better squad atm. I'd say it more depends on their transfers over the summer.

Can't argue with that. I was just thinking of their front line, but as you say if Bothroyd/Chopra leave, their squad looks paper thin.
