He scored the winner at my first ever City game, only reason I mentioned him ;)

Up until last Saturday that was probably the last home goal you'd seen Durham :icon_wink

Right Back from the Pleat era wasn't he ? Piss poor player. When it comes to useless lanky streaks of piss you have to go a long way to beat Ormondroyd although despite his patheticness he became something of a hero...

Andy Feeley ?

My favourite memory of Ormondroyd was a game against Watford on Boxing Day (I think) where he was running along and just fell over himself in the centre circle, no other player within 10 feet of him, the whole crowd just laughed at him, poor sod. I wonder if Peter Crouch had Ian Ormondroyd posters on his wall.

I can remember that, looked like a shot giraffe :icon_lol: , I think that game ended 4-4??

last saturday they were talking about good players on the radio as i was travelling down to the walkers, and they mentioned archie gemmil.......at that point i asked my dad "did we not have his son in our squad last year?" then all the memories i had drank away from last season flooded back and i just felt like what ever happens last season at least levein isnt just looking in his panini football sticker book of 1995 to pick his squad, put me in avery good mood

He did the same at Portman road, just on the edge of their box..:icon_redf

Niel Lewis..... Think he has been banged up again

Classic that time he thought he'd been sent off at Millwall and he hadn't

thought that was David Oldfield Highland? unless I am thinking of another game....

It was but what happened was The Ref showed the red card and Oldfield went off and Lewis thought he'd be shown it as well and went off too.Something like that, somebody will no doubt clarify that for us.

I know you're a boy genius but seriously Kisborbo is a liability. In the last two games he's played (Burnley and Sheffield United) he's given the ball away several times, held play up (in the wrong way) and never looks up to see any pass above 5-10 yards. He has improved but not enough to be any more than a squad player at best. In fact he would easily be in the top 10 of shite players we've had in the last 5 years.

1. Lee Marshall
2. Junior Lewis
3. Dennis Wise
4. Jamie Scowcroft
5. Ade Akinbiyi
6. Alan Rogers
7. Patrick Kisnorbo
8. Nathan Blake
9. Chris Makin
10. John Curtis

No argument about the others, I have not seen Kisnorbo live. However Ade has found his level as he is the top scorer in the Fizzy and whilst he may have been crap in the PL he is doing well in this League and the others, well. ;)

ade was shite for us in the premiership, but in those 2 years not many players werent. he'd still be near the top of my list of shit players for city, as several players have improved when they left they still werent world beaters for us

to be fair he did say the last 5 years on the list, otherwise it would have been a top 100 list.
Worst EVER player ROGER DAVIES......

Tom English might have something to say about that;)

Nicky Platneur?

I worked with Platts for nearly 2 years. He's a great bloke, and even if he wasn't blessed with silky skills i think he'd just about get a place in ' shocking fc':icon_cool

Surely due to his lack playing and being a liability on the wage bill Lee Morris would have to be in there?
