I cant believe what i am reading... is MM really on the brink of bringing back BRIAN LITTLE I feel that the manager has got to be given time....We have a young manager who has brought back belief amongst most fans and after 2 games they are on about replacing him or bringing in a director of football type of fella.
Why employ him to let him bring in all the new faces and not give him a proper chance to ply his trade.
Here is the source of the story.

You could ask one of the mods to change your username to Maddogsgonnabeoutonhisear.

Hes only has two games this season. one league one cup. He has lost one and he has won one against accrington...I would hardly say that constitutes bringing back belief:confused:

One of our big problems in recent seasons has been changing manager too often.
We need some stability, and that means giving MA some time to build a team without pressure to get instant success.
Most successful teams have managers who have been given a chance, it's rare for them to achieve immediate success.

All the talk of giving MA 6, 10 games etc is ridiculous. If we've seen some progress by the end of the season I'd hope he's given a chance to continue.

If MM sacks MA because MA stands up for himself, no self respecting manager will want to come here and we'll end up with a yes man and the players won't respond to someone they know isn't really in charge.

Spot on, but a lot of problems could be the way that MA conducted himself towards MM, but I doubt we'll ever be privvy to such info and rightly so. In which case MM may decide to take action.

I guess we'll never know.

Also look at what happened with Brum and Sunderland last season...lost most of their games at the start of last season and still got automatic promotion.
as they say Rome wasnt built in a day........

As I have said elsewhere - Sunderland having done so having replaced some one completely out if his depth with someone who wasn't

So if we lose ten straight games, that would be OK, would it ?

Of course he will be assessed after a period of time (by MM and the fans). If the above happens (god forbid) he will be out the door, and rightly so

i would have read the link, but it had, THE MIRROR wriiten at the top. why believe whats written in a comic? tabloids dont know shit about championship sides.

Not totally true im afraid..The Mirror is MMs feeder paper . thats who printed the DJ CLEM JFH and most of the other rumoured signing targets which have all had some truth about them.

MM's mouthpiece. ;) :icon_roll

From the things I have read I think it is MM who is in the wrong here. MA is the manager and nobody should attempt to bring in players over his head. Full stop. It doesn't matter whether the player is a Pele or a Pr*ck it should be the managers choice. Brian Clough, Martin o'Niel any manager of any calibre would not have accepted it either. (They may have handled it better, but nevertheless).
We should have
One Manager
One Chairman
And they should stick to their jobs.

I would be very sad to see MA get the push and would watch his career with intrest if he does go elsewhere. I'd be chuffed if someone came in with a bid for City and kicked out MM. Maybe the old board was right????

Mandaric is good friends with a reporter at the Mirror and most stories in the Mirror are validated
