Gutted to lose but think we can take a lot of heart from that.

Good spirit, good energy. A dodgy handball helped Arsenal back in the game.

CS will be blamed for taking James off for Iheanacho, but we were being penned back and needed to get forward. Vardy was on his own so we couldn't keep the ball away. Also it happened so quickly after the sub I don't think you can blame that.

Very entertaining game, played a lot better than I expected. Feels shit to lose it in the end but we played well and can take positives for the season.

Maguire and Vardy both excellent.

Thought Matty James looked good considering the time out and grew in the game. Broke up a lot of their moves. I would hazard a guess he made most tackles from both sides tonight.

Need another CB still though.

Shakespeare gone by Xmas, if he wants to go earlier I'll give him a lift myself. About time those players got told they have to work under somebody who isn't their ****ing mate...you know, like everyone else in the ****ing world. Thais need to grow some bollocks.

Bottom of the league. Defended like blind incompetents. Awful in midfield. Mindless substitutions. Shakespeare out.

Some excellent play from our forward players. They'll soon get sick of it all as the goals against column ticks over rapidly.

Here is exhibit 'a' for this season in the 'Shakespeare cannot manage us' prosecution. Surely, no team will get a better chance against Arsenal than that. They were there for the taking, begging to get beaten and somehow we find a way to lose.
The blue mongie posts again you took your time BN

Can I give a post 100 likes?

Christ, we've got our own Piers Morgan

Need another central defender. Forwards were fine, substitutions a bit odd but he's learning his job. Defence an absolute ****ing mess. Can't play with 3 defenders and a gap. Hopefully we meet another team on an off day and give them a spanking.

Some.of the over reaction on here tonight is laughable. We scored three good goals away at Arsenal. We played very well on the whole with a key midfielder and defender missing. It's a pisser to lose in such a way but if we can improve that defence by bringing Huth back in, retiring Morgan and adding to our numbers we will have a very comfortable season.

Your start for 10: City winning 3-2 away at Arsenal, what happens next?

In our hearts, we all knew that answer ....

At one point it did look like we'd continue to give them a game. Quite bizarre we just decided to roll over at the end. Still...anything which isn't a hammering is good at this stage.

The most predictable thing on earth.

And that is the main source of my anger tonight.

I shouldn't but I feel ****ing angry at the fact these ****s always do us like this.

Regardless of what anyone says, we lost the game ourselves, mistakes and bad decisions, we should have won this at 3-2

Agree with the defender bit. Not sure on the midfielder though, he may come good again but I can't see it personally.

Thing is, you can see several of the lower teams (Palace for one) turning up at the Emirates and winning comfortably against that awful defence. Lost opportunity, but never mind, onwards and upwards.

I know what you mean. I can't help thinking he'd have been better than Ndidi and James tonight however who were both average at best.

It's not over reaction though.

We were winning a game of football with all 11 men on the pitch with 7 minutes left, being a bit pissed off is fairly understandable imho.

We switched off and conceded two poor goals, it's not something to smile about.
