I remember what was possibly a cup match many years ago when we were clearly second best and yet won. The city player I remember from the match was, I think, called Delaney. He was the best player on the pitch but somehow, we let him go. I believe that he has a decent career and played for Palace.

If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. I just need to confirm that I am not going mad.

We win 2-1 with Roberto Mancini playing in midfield the 4th round in 2001 I think

Is there any ground where some **** hasn't given you a good kick in?

I'm begining to think I know what the common factor is in all this.....
Anfield
Villa Park
Boundary Park
Stamford Bridge
City Ground

That's the list of grounds where altercations have occurred. Plus a narrowly avoided few (The Den, Upton Park, Highfield Road)

& some at Filbert St, or on the way to & from. Thanks to Man Utd, Cov, Wolves & Chelsea (twice)

At least those are the ones I remember, there could be some minor ones I've forgotten.

As you can see, Chelsea are the unsurprising ****s topping the league. & yes, all in the 80s

There speaks a fella that didn't do the rounds of away matches in the 80s. You could have been Aled Jones and would have got into a few scrapes back then.

There were several away days where I inadvertently got myself into trouble through no fault of my own.

GUAWs experience is entirely typical.

Yeah, it was horrible - I was a good boy but it got Morty a few times - was a bizarre sense of menace everywhere you went

I most certainly did but I was only in my early teens. I didn't get my face stoved in but I witnessed a lot of it going on. I was always with a bunch of older guys, my uncle and his friends, which helped as they'd seen it all before and knew how to deal with it.

Not having that

Why would you split up Buananotte and Bilal in favour of Ayew after last week

Or play Thomas at all

BS
