Shocking really, copyrighting a fixture list FFS, it's not as if you can't find that sort of info anywhere

The league are always hassling websites for publishing fixture lists without paying for a licence, which can cost hundreds of pounds just for publishing one club's fixtures.

There was a case in the European Court a year or two ago which decided it's illegal for them to charge for the fixture information, but the league are still insisting it's copyrighted and you need a licence to publish it.

The InternetFoxes are happy for their proposed fixture list to be published. The InternetFoxes, in common with other IFA teams, will be aiming to complete fixtures against Leicester City's opponenets on as many match days as possible.

I expect that there will be the usual rush to publicise many of the IFA teams' fixture lists on this and other forums soon after 10 tomorrow morning.

To be fair, they have to copyright it, so the can get royalties from the betting and pools companies, otherwise they would use them for free. Selective quoting on a website such as ours would not raise too many hackles, I'd have thought.

There will be no Football League games on 2nd September, 7th October and 24th March because England have Euro qualifiers on those dates. I wonder if we are allowed to say that.
