****ing hell

I know it’s pre season and everything, but that was ****ing horrific
 
Don’t panic, don’t panic……..
We knew it was going to be a long hard season anyway.
no point wetting your pants already.

Let’s see how many points them ****s are going to deduct, and just have a season long party [so long as we beat Derby’s 11 points!!!!]
 
Technically we look to have gone backwards about a million percent

Tactically, well, there is nothing actually to say. Maresca was criticised for not having a plan B, but at least he had a ****ing plan A. There is no pattern of play whatsoever, apart from the ludicrous idea to make the left back charge up the wing and get in Mavididi’s way. Apart from that, anything ****ing goes.

Do we press, do we block, do we go long, do we hold, do we contain? **** knows, because they’re genuinely all over the ****ing place looking like they don’t know where to move to or what to do when they get there.

Never seen anything quite like it.

Honestly, it was a primary school shit show. Wasps following a ball around aimlessly. I couldn't even figure out what the plan was supposed to be other than chasing the ball like kids after a lost balloon and watching Daka trip over his own feet.

I know it's pre-season and all that but I genuinely don't think the players have a clue what they're being asked to do. I hope to **** Cooper is trolling us because if not, we're going to get spanked by Spurs and that'll set the tone.

Lots of work has been undone and this means that there is lots of work to do.

They weren't last pre-season either. Having that game rained off against Spurs, travelling so far to train in oppressive heat, and having a training match against a pub team over there.... well, it all guaranteed a disastrous season.

The year we won the Premier League, we drew against Mansfield in pre season
 
I’m really not sure what people expect from this season, other than a relegation fight.

Think some had better stay off the coffee, away from sharp knives, and take the laces out of their shoes.

Also, matron, keep them well medicated, for the sanity of the rest of us

You just didn't want anyone looking at the old chestnut, because then they'd remember that you went to the PSG v Chelsea friendly instead of Mansfield. Plastic...

Just got back from the PSG-Chelsea friendly.

It ended 1-1. This is where the similarities end.

Just got back from the PSG-Chelsea friendly.

Would have been a 8,000 mile round trip for the Mansfield friendly.

Apparently Man City and Chelsea are playing down the road tonight. Not going.
