Anyone else seen this series about easy company (sounds like the users of this board) i believe tom hanks was a director of some of the episodes. it has damien lewis a very good english actor in it. Some of the best camera angles ive ever seen, very well shot indeed.

One of my mates worked on it. He has some photies of the sets and the towns. The towns were models about 8" high maximum, they looked convincingly real on the telly !!

have you ever seen dream catcher, although his acting is not awfull the film is just ridiculous, some awful writing evident in the script.

oh yea he's also in one of the best films ive seen, the memphis belle, great effort i must say

I'm sure the final episode was filmed at the Eagles nest location on the Obersalzberg. If it wasn't then our tour guide lied. BTW its well worth a visit.
