He only answered one 'punters question' this week.

The " why are you so shit" and "when are you resigning" questions, were droped..............

So now the BBC can't spell 'Gandhi'. As for Holloway's tedious, facile musings, how much is he getting paid?!

Not enough, that's why he had to take on an unskilled part time job at Leicester.

''its very exciting!!! the best week ive had at leicester...'' is he for real!!?? im glad he is having fun...

What would you have him say? This is serious, we're all worried about our futures? Do you honestly think that would give the players an ideal preparation? I think that he is trying to focus them for the game, without adding to the pressure: we've seen that they're not too good at dealing with pressure, haven't we?

Diken, I think the point is that there's some doubt over whether he should be doing it at all. Having just read it, I think it adds the square root of feck all to the sum of human knowledge and happiness, and the Beeb would be better off getting some intern to ramble on about breasts or pies or something.

I think you have to ask why the BBC pay Holloway to produce this rubbish. It's not because the world is likely to benefit from his wisdom - it's obviously because his column is a bit of a larf.

On one level this is all absolutely harmless - at another I'm not sure to have a football league manager doing a weekly poor man's , sub-prime Alan Partridge it does Holloway or Leicester City any huge favours.
