Bernie - Has he died?

I know he has missed a few games recently, and the last time I saw him ( at Wolves ) he didn't look too well. Hope he's OK, he's about the only thing still individual about our club.

I've seen him just once since Wolves. He was in the Kop for one of the games over the holiday period (Cardiff?, Sunderland?) He looked better than he did at Wolves - for once, his face wasn't painted.

ive given him a lift and yes he does smell and yes he is a nutter but HE HAS BLUE BLOOD and a lot thicker than the majority of us. How many of us would walk to an away game........... particularly these last few years.

ive known him years since he used to work at mansfield hosiery in loughborough as far as im aware he is still about and tends to frequent the ring o bells in loughborough but ive moved down to exeter so ive lost touch a bit i,l text a few mates who drink in there and see whats what

I hope not but mainly I would really like not like to miss his funeral as the streets shoud be flowing with blue painted faces. Personally, I think Bernie is our biggest legend for the club.
