Montreal & Toronto are great.

Mombasa was a culture shock for me, but still great.

Then in Europe, Venice and Barcelona are pretty spectacular, and of course Amsterdam for just a big fook up!!

I didn't think much to Rotterdam, ended up in a coffeeshop there that was full of North Africans with a very bad attitude. Had to make legs back to the car to get away from there.
