Well I took the leap of faith yesterday lunch and went to t-mobile and got a Sony Ericsson W810i on the flexi 35 plan (for £30 a month) and a free blue tooth headset and insurance.

I get £180 of allowance a month (20p a min, 10p a text) which equates to any combination so for example 600 mins and 600 texts OR 900 mins, no texts OR no mins, 1800 texts, OR 450 mins, 900 texts - you catch my drift?

The phone is nice.

Anyone got one? How do I listen to the radio on it? Do the earphones that come with it have a special fitting or can you use any earphones?

My mate has one, and I think that you have to use the accompanying headphones because on the phone it is a smaller 2.5mm headphone jack instead of the regular 3.5mm jack and the aerial is part of the cable I think.

I'll find out later when I try it. Yes, the earphones do act as an aerial.
I think you can get an adapter for other headphones as well - good job because my Sennheisers are the business!

It has a wire that goes into the phone and at the end of that is a microphone and a normal headphone socket. The earphones that come with the phone are actually pretty damn good. V.surprised.
