Wonder if the footballing jungle drums have caused this delay in being able to appoint a new manager, no doubt that the sacking of Pearce and the resignation of Jewell will have come as no great surprise within the football community, could our potential new manager be stalling for time to see whether other opportunities come his way ???

I just think MM sees no point in rushing it as long as he is in place by June

On very good authority (A close aide to Mandaric) I have been told that Hasselbaink is attending a medical at Leicester on Tuesday, and will almost certainly sign for them on Wednesday.

Also strongly suggested that Mandaric is meeting Stuart Pearce this week.

I'd want Coleman as Manager but whoever it is I will support them.
I'm 39 years old nothing excites me much anymore..

I agree he hasn't done major things, but neither has Coleman or Ince or anyone realistic. I agree with you, there is very little to get excited about, and I'm only 23

I don't think we are going to get someone who has a list of acheivements tbh,I just prefer Coleman

Perhaps, perhaps not. They were in a dire position when he took over and within one season is on the brink of taking them in to the Premiership. His signings have (always been) pretty spot on too.
