In any organisational structure there has got to be someone in the parent role who makes the decision and enforces it.

I heard there was a team meeting recently where Claudio suggested to the team a formation change and the team said they wanted to continue to try to make the 4-4-2 system work. They in effect asked for another go.

I think if we can't get anything from this Claudio will have to be the parent and insist on a different formation (away from home at least). We are so bad on our travels this year.
