We are by no means fecked.
Dickov and Fryatt on top of our other quality should be enough to beat Brighton.

However, when top league one players like Lambert are changing hands for 750,000 we should really be in the market, given that Howard is our only target man.

If he does - Pearson may regret letting the transfer window close without 2 more signings - centre half and centre forward (presuming that Campbell will not return from his loan spell at Blackpool). At a push you could also say we are short in centre mid after losing Davies to Bolton -with it not being Cleverley's position of choice or Oakley&Berner's best position this season.

Tonight - however we should have enough for Brighton (5 wins all season = less than 20% success rate, versus our nigh on 70%).

I would say 1-0 Fryatt, with a host of other chances.

PS; i'm hoping that Chambers, Mattock and Gradel, having been managed recently in terms of minutes on the pitch, can really have an impact toward the back end of the season.

Cleverley say's on his interview on the OS it IS his preferred position! ohh err!!
 
i'm off now looking forward to a good game, will try the 1884 tonight pre-match, here's hoping the beers not to bad.
