Nailed on 3 points. We just need to make our new possession game pay. Shooting practice for the midfielders should be the aim of the week. Press and test their keeper.

Have we ever won here before?

Always seems to be a tough game when we go to there and expect this to be no different as they're on good form at home.

They will beat us.

As will most relegation threatened sides with any bollocks because they won't let us play our tepid passing game.

We don't have the skill or urgency to get around a team in our faces.

We’re developing a very annoying habit of starting slowly and conceding first, which will be bad news against a team which is good at home, we’ll supported and has something to play for. I’ll be very surprised if we win this.

The conceding first bit is particularly annoying me, too. Swansea was the last game I can think of where we started better and scored first. Unfortunately we couldn't kill the game off by half time, despite being well on top and so they were well worth their point, based on the second half.

I'd be trying to play Nacho and Vardy together as much possible now up to the end of the season.

There's a good player in there with Nacho, and we know Shinji/Vardy can't be a long term partnership for us. Now's the time to give Nacho an extended run in the team and the chance to prove himself up to the end of the season alongside Vardy so we can assess our options better before the summer - but still kick on to claim 7th place this season.

My team for this would be:

Schmeichel
Simpson, Morgan, Maguire, Chilwell
Mahrez, Ndidi, Iborra, Albrighton
Vardy, Iheanacho

I'd also like to get Silva more involved before the end of the season and, again, give him a run of games. But Brighton will be a tough match and there's still a job to do - and Silva has been away for internationals whereas I assume Iborra hasn't so will be a bit fresher.

I haven't posted on here in what seems like eons. Hopefully we can win this one! Though they used to be a bit of a bogey team against us back in the lower leagues.

Iheanacho has broken his hand and will be assessed ahead of the game on Saturday.

He does do an awful lot of pointing (mainly at places he should have been moving into instead of standing still) , so doubt he will make it

Unlike Vardy who points and then sprints into that space for Mahrez and others to send the sweetest pass/lob to.

Got my rainbow laces ready for the weekend
