Ah bless, the bigots are out in force today.I do love turning over the so called big clubs:081:
I'm still buzzing now and find it bloody hilarious you squandered a 2-0 lead to a team that hasn't won at home in the league.
Your fans gave Savage abuse at half time and he had the last laugh :098::098::098:

We are in the process of mounting a return to the premiership, leave us alone :icon_wink

How come you don't support Crawley Town?

And no-one has a problem with losing to Brighton. It's more an issue of losing generally and the manner it came under.

There's no such thing as 'so called'...we are one of the biggest clubs in this division, there's only two teams who can command crowds over twenty thousands.

Just out of interest when Brighton (yes I know it was an OG) scored the winner did Pearson respond by waving his shoes to the hoardes of travelling support :102:

Maybe he should have done it when we were 2-0 up, We never lost under Holloway when we were 2-0 up! :icon_lol::icon_lol:

I'm not sure we can even really direct most of our anger at the strikers at the moment, against both Walsall and Brighton we scored 2 goals, with our defense last season we would have won with that. It seems at the minute that the strikers cannot rely on those at the back. I know we are missing a lot of chances as well but 2 goals in a game should be enough to get a win, with a half alert defence.

I understand what you are saying but the first two goals were from outside the area and personally think the midfielders should have been closing down the shot. As for the second if Hobbs hadnt got a touch it would have been a tap in for their striker.

I know the last time we played him there he was rubbish but maybe playing Kisnorbo as a holding midfielder would give us more fight in the centre of midfield? Do we know what was wrong with Oakley?

Just seen the goals and the defending for all 3 goals was beyond abysmal, no one stook a foot in for the first two, all it would have taken was a sliding tackle at any point, even concede a yellow card.

Got bored and just did some quick figures:

In the league so far this season:

Leicester Shots (On and off target) = 188
Opponent Shots = 123

LCFC Goals = 22
Opp Goals = 11

So...

We score one goal for every 8.5 shots but only concede one goal every 11 shots, so, if we continue in this form we should win more than most games!

We have only been outshot in one game, that was against Huddersfield away, when we were outshot 17 - 10.

Don't really know what this shows, except maybe the defense are better at preventing opponents scoring than our strikers are at scoring?

NOT if we have a thousand chances in one game and score 999 goals. That would put a spanner in your plan.

Depends how you measure size. If you measure the size of a club by summing the mass of each first team player, then, due to Fryatt's immense, burger filled, hamster cheeks, we are indeed one of the larger clubs.

Maybe clubs should be compared on how far away the away fans sit from the pitch??:102: just a thought.

That is exactly what I am saying, I have said loads of times on here fcuk Hobbs and Martin back to liverstool, we have our own players who are as good if not better. But because they are loans, if fit they have to play so many matches.

Agreed.

Whilst I don't think Henderson will be the answer IF we go back up, I fail to see what the bloke has done to deserve being dropped and replaced by someone who imo isn't any better.
